Marcy is a licensed medical aesthetician with over 15 years of experience in advanced skincare, corrective treatments, and natural-looking cosmetic tattooing. Her passion is helping clients feel confident in their skin through personalized, results-driven care.
She specializes in treating melasma, acne, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation concerns that require both precision and a deep understanding of skin behavior. Her treatment plans are completely customized and may include microneedling, laser therapies, HydraFacials, and clinical-grade skincare.
Marcy is certified in permanent makeup for brows, offering both Microblading and Shading techniques. Her focus is on achieving results that are natural, soft, and virtually undetectable, enhancing your features without overpowering them, all while working with your natural hair growth to achieve fuller natural hair.
And if you know her, you know she’s is obsessed with red light therapy. She finds it to be one of the most effective (and underrated) tools for calming inflammation, growing hair, boosting collagen, and improving overall skin health — and she loves integrating it into treatments whenever possible.

Amy Kuster, BSN, RN
Amy is a Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Mercy University. She began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and spent many years as a neonatal/pediatric flight nurse at the University of Iowa.
While her clinical background is rooted in critical care, Amy has always had a strong interest in aesthetic medicine. Her passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin led her to transition into the field of medical aesthetics, where she has been practicing for over nine years.
Amy’s areas of expertise include neuromodulators such as Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures like microneedling. She takes pride in delivering subtle, natural-looking results that restore and enhance each patient’s unique features. Her approach combines clinical excellence with a warm, approachable demeanor, ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, heard, and beautiful throughout their aesthetic journey.

With over 7 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Kerry Ann brings a deep passion for skincare and a commitment to helping clients feel confident in their own skin. As Spa Coordinator, she ensures every guest experience is smooth, personalized, and results driven.
Kerry Ann specializes in guiding clients through advanced treatments, with a particular love for BBL laser therapy and microneedling with exosomes—two of her favorite modalities for achieving radiant, rejuvenated skin. She is also certified in body sculpting technologies including Emsculpt and Emtone and takes pride in staying current with the latest innovations in beauty and wellness.

Dr. Rachel Kalenkiewicz, DNP, CRNA, ARNP
Clinical Coordinator
Dr. Rachel Kalenkiewicz is a board-certified Nurse Anesthetist and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a strong clinical background in critical care, anesthesia, and aesthetic medicine. As Medical Director of Allure Medspa, she provides expert oversight to ensure safe, evidence-based, and high-quality aesthetic care.
Rachel began her career as an ICU nurse after earning her BSN from Penn State, later completing her doctoral training in Nurse Anesthesia at the University of Iowa. She continues to practice independently as a CRNA across surgical and outpatient settings and is the founder of Kalen & Co. Aesthetics, her own med spa based in Cedar Rapids.
Committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, she routinely completes advanced continuing education—including cadaver-based anatomy labs, hands-on injection trainings, and clinical workshops. As Medical Director, Dr. Kalenkiewicz helps ensure that Allure Medspa delivers safe, natural-looking results in a welcoming, professional environment—where every client feels confident, cared for, and empowered.
